By registering and using the services of VirtuSIM, you automatically agree to all our terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service without prior notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing an order.
Disclaimer: VirtuSIM is not responsible if you experience any losses in your business.
Liability: VirtuSIM is not responsible if you experience account suspension or removal of posts by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms as a result of using these OTP services.

2. Services & Refund Policy
VirtuSIM is solely for receiving OTP SMS messages from the applications you select.
VirtuSIM does not guarantee the security of any account registered using a VirtuSIM number.
VirtuSIM does not accept requests for cancellations/refunds once an order has been entered into our system.
We provide refunds in the form of balance if the number has already been used or if OTP messages are not received.
We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of numbers for specific platforms, as services may block virtual numbers.

3. Ordering & Pricing
The prices offered by VirtuSIM may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders already submitted cannot be canceled by VirtuSIM as our system is automated and runs 24/7.
The completion time noted by VirtuSIM in service descriptions or notes is an estimate only, as the server may experience overload.
Service rates may vary depending on platform usage restrictions and availability of virtual numbers.

4. User Terms
VirtuSIM is not responsible for any losses you may incur when using our numbers.
VirtuSIM will remove new users if there is no transaction/deposit within 24 hours.
VirtuSIM will delete users who have not made a transaction for more than 2 months.
Registering with VirtuSIM signifies acceptance of all service terms.

5. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure service availability, VirtuSIM may impose limits on the frequency and quantity of OTP requests per user.
Users found to be exploiting or overloading the system beyond reasonable use may be subject to account suspension or additional charges.

6. Data Protection & Privacy
VirtuSIM respects user privacy and does not store SMS content longer than required for processing.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access.
By using VirtuSIM, users consent to the use of cookies and other tracking technologies to improve service delivery.
